Services

Our first session will be an assessment, where we’ll decide if we feel we can work together. If we do agree to start sessions, we’ll use an open-ended contract for as many or as few sessions as you’d like.

I’ll aim for us to review the work every six or eight sessions, so that we can help make sure it’s as helpful for you as it can be. This also means that, wherever possible, we’ll both commit to ongoing therapy until you feel the work is complete.

  • In-person

    I offer face-to-face sessions at 96 Harley Street, in central London. Many clients prefer meeting in-person, and that the experience of travelling to a location that’s not their home is a helpful part of the therapeutic process.

  • Online

    Zoom sessions also work well for a lot of clients, with benefits including reduced travel time, and flexibility in where you call in from. If you’re interested in online sessions, please make sure you’ll have a safe, confidential space to use for each session.
