Little things and big things can weigh on our minds and affect our ability to move through life in the way we want to.

Big changes, relationship difficulties, or pressure in the workplace can be tough to deal, affecting our day-to-day wellbeing and ability to do our best work.
Men’s issues
Low moods, relationship concerns, stress – whatever it is, it can be particularly hard for men to talk. We’ll work together, and at your pace.

Addiction
Dependencies, compulsive behaviours, and addictions can be extremely isolating. We’ll work together, with no judgement at all, towards your goals.
Many people want to explore their faith and spiritual lives in therapy. We can work on these issues, or leave them at the door – I’ll take my lead from you.
Low mood
Feeling low is normal, but that doesn’t make it easy. Therapy can be a helpful space to share what you’re going through, and to work towards change.
